Leadership in Action: Meet the 2026 Pi Chi Omega Election Slate

One of the greatest strengths of Pi Chi Omega is the dedication and leadership of its members. As we look ahead to another year of advancing our mission and supporting our industry, we encourage members to consider becoming more involved through service on a committee or by pursuing a leadership role within Pi Chi Omega.

Serving on a committee or the Board of Directors is an excellent way to contribute to the organization, develop leadership skills, expand professional networks, and help shape the future direction of Pi Chi Omega. Whether you have been a member for many years or are a newer member, there are meaningful opportunities to make an impact.

The following slate of nominees will be presented for election during the upcoming Membership Meeting on October 20, 2026, at 10:00 AM in Dallas 2 at the Gaylord Texan Resort and Convention Center in Grapevine, TX:

• President: James Miller, ACE, Trece, Inc.
• President-Elect: Nancy Troyano, Ph.D., BCE, Rentokil-Terminix
• Secretary: Tom Mueller, Insects Limited, Inc.
• Treasurer: Cassie Krejci, Ph.D., BCE, FORSHAW
• Director: Alex Blahnik, ACE, LiphaTech, Inc.
• Director: Molly Patton Marsh, Patton Pest Control

In accordance with our Bylaws, additional nominations may be made from the floor during the Membership Meeting prior to the election. Members interested in serving in an elected position are encouraged to consider this opportunity and discuss their interest with Desiree Straubinger, BCE, Pi Chi Omega’s Immediate Past President and Nominations Chair.
